15 Minute Flaxseed Almond Crackers

{Vegan and Gluten Free}

Are you ready to save hundreds of dollars on Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers???

If you are not.. do not continue reading (;

Kitchen Supplies:

1 large bowl

1 baking sheet

Parchment paper

1 rolling pin

1 pizza cutter



Almond Flour (I used blanched but doesn't need to be)

Avocado or Olive Oil



First thing you need to do is to preheat your oven to 350.

Next, in a large bowl mix: 1 flaxseed egg (you can replace with a normal egg if you eat eggs) 3/4 C blanched almond flour (blanched means the skins are removed) 1/4 C flaxseed meal 1 TBSP avocado oil (olive oil works) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp thyme

Once mixed, you should have a big ball of dough.

Grab parchment paper, olive oil spray, and a rolling pin.

Grease the parchment paper and place on both sides of the dough (the greasing is to prevent sticking), roll out the dough with the rolling pin in between the two pieces of parchment paper until about 1/8 inch thick.

Once you have achieved your desired thickness, use a pizza cutter to cut desired size and shape of your cracker.

Move the parchment paper onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

After ten minutes, take your crackers out of the oven and let them cool. Once cooled, break apart 🤗
