Pizza Bombs

{Gluten, Dairy, and Egg Free}

These guys truly taste like the real thing.

Kitchen Supplies:

1 Small Bowl

1 Medium Bowl



Desired Toppings

Almond Flour


Baking Powder *I make mine myself, see below*

Ricotta Cheese(I used Kite Hill)

Parmesan Cheese (I used Follow Your Heart)

Olive Oil



Marinara *optional*

Baking Powder:

I make my own baking powder since store bought usually has cornstarch and aluminum in it. To do this I mix: 1/2 cup cream of tartar, 1/4 cup baking soda, and 2 tbsp of arrowroot


In a small bowl combine and mix:

1/3 cup blanched almond flour

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

In a medium bowl combine and mix:

1 cup of desired toppings (can be any amount - I don't recommend more than 1 and 1/4 cup)

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

2 tbsp water

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp oregano

Once both bowls are mixed, pour the small bowl mixture into the medium one. Mix well.

Once all the ingredients are mixed together, form mixture into 1 inch balls.

Place balls into the airfryer and air fry at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.

Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
